Title IX Training Materials

In compliance with 34 CFR §106.45(b)(10)(i)(D) issued by the United States Department of Education under Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972, Montana Academy of Salons has made publicly available the training materials used to train Montana Academy of Salons’ Title IX personnel.

Montana Academy of Salons’ Linda McPherson completed Title IX in Motion: Level II Comprehensive Title IX Training on June 3, 2023. Chris Cooper completed the Title IX & Beyond two-day virtual training program on July 22, 2021 and Dawn Zuris completed the Title IX & Beyond two-day virtual training program on October 26, 2021, which was hosted by Title IX Solutions, LLC. Chris Cooper may serve as a Title IX Investigator; Linda McPherson may serve as the Title IX Coordinator.
